Les Jardins Tranquilles

The construction of Quinsac church dates from two periods: the dome, the sanctuary and the bell tower are very old (12th century). The two chapels, one dedicated to the Virgin Mary and the other to Saint Joseph, were built by the Count of Aydie, who lived in the Château de Vaugoubert at the time (this family’s coat of arms appeared on the lantern surrounding the church walls). The church was restored in 1859. It has eight crosses with stained glass windows and three paintings: Jesus on the Cross, the Nativity of Our Lord and the Assumption.
